💸 Steven Rosenblatt on pivoting Foursquare, launching iAd during the Steve Jobs era, and building Oceans Ventures

This week we had Steven Rosenblatt on the podcast, the co-founder of Oceans Ventures. Steven is one of the few venture investors with operating experience across almost every stage - he was President of Foursquare and led their transition from a consumer app to a B2B location data platform, helped build Quattro Wireless and sell it to Apple, launched iAd at Apple during the Steve Jobs era, and has been a part of the NYC tech ecosystem from day 1.

Steven’s POV on going from operator to investor and his lessons about scaling and navigating change within a startup make it clear why so many founders want to work with him and the Oceans team.

If you are an investor, founder, or want to learn more about how some of the biggest ad tech businesses have been built (and how they managed their pivots along the way), you can check out to the full episode on Spotify, Apple, or wherever you listen to your podcasts
